Refund Policy

At PENCOM, we take pride in the quality of our stationery products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds within 2 years from the date of purchase, provided that the product is returned in good condition.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The product must show no damage

• The product must not have been exposed to direct sunlight or excessive heat

• The product must not show signs of misuse or improper storage

PENCOM reserves the right to inspect all returned items and determine refund eligibility. Refunds will not be issued for products that do not meet the above conditions.
